Range Rover climbs 999 steps!

The climb took place on April 22, 2023, and was part of a publicity stunt by Jaguar Land Rover China. The driver of the Range Rover was Ho-Pin Tung, a professional racing driver who has competed in Formula E and the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

The Range Rover that made the climb was a P400e, which is a plug-in hybrid model. The car's electric motor provided the power to climb the steep steps, while the gasoline engine was used to provide additional power when needed.

The climb up Tianmen Mountain is a challenging one, even for a car as capable as the Range Rover P400e. The steps are narrow and steep, and the road is often winding and dangerous. However, Tung was able to successfully complete the climb in a time of 22 minutes and 41 seconds.

The climb was a successful publicity stunt for Jaguar Land Rover China, and it helped to showcase the capabilities of the Range Rover P400e. The car's ability to climb Tianmen Mountain is a testament to its off-road prowess, and it shows that the Range Rover is a capable vehicle for any terrain.
